Tallahassee Concert & Music Festival Shuttle Rentals

Tallahasseeshuttlebuscompany.com gives you the widest selection of bus types in one search, because one local company might only own limos while another only runs school buses! If you want to start the party before you even hit Gaines Street, rent a 15- to 50-passenger party bus loaded with color-changing LED lighting, wraparound leather seating, an onboard bar area, and a Bluetooth sound system to blast the headliner's setlist. Smaller fan groups and VIP groups love our 11- to 14-passenger sprinter vans and nimble 15- to 35-passenger minibuses—including popular 20-passenger minibuses and 30-passenger minibuses—for quick hops through College Town and Midtown. Moving a massive festival group, touring band, or stage production crew? Book a 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays for bulky sound gear and coolers, plus reclining seats, ice-cold AC, WiFi, power outlets, and an onboard restroom!

It's never been easier for concert promoters, campus event planners, and large fan groups to beat venue gridlock than with a dedicated off-site parking shuttle! When 10,000+ fans pack downtown for a sold-out arena show at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center or the springtime Word of South Festival at Cascades Park, surface lots along Pensacola Street, Bronough Street, and Apalachee Parkway fill up hours before showtime. Instead of making concertgoers hike half a mile uphill in the Florida humidity, we can set up continuous loop shuttles using 25-passenger minibuses or 35-passenger minibuses from satellite garages like the Kleman Plaza Parking Garage or remote lots near Civic Center Way. Whether you need a single shuttle or a coordinated fleet of 10+ buses, your guests step off right at the entrance gates and skip the post-show parking garage bottleneck!

Let a driver handle downtown road closures, tight one-way turns, and commercial staging zones while your group focuses on the music! At the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center, your bus can unload passengers curbside along West Pensacola Street near the main plaza or by the Madison Street entrance before staging in the oversized vehicle lot off Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Catching a concert under the stars at the Adderley Amphitheater at Cascades Park? Your driver can drop your group right at the South Gadsden Street or East Bloxham Street unloading zones near the Meridian Plaza entrance, then relocate to approved bus staging away from park congestion. For indie rock and touring shows at The Moon, buses pull right off Lafayette Street into the front lot, while smaller 15-passenger minibuses and party buses easily drop off along West Tennessee Street for performances at FSU's Ruby Diamond Concert Hall or Opperman Music Hall!
